BY LOUISE HAY, AHLEA KHADRO, HEATHER DANE
Not the type of book you want to read from cover to cover.
Of the pages skimmed through, there was enough valuable information about healthy living that interested me. A book full of affirmations that I liked, and applicable to my life and situations..

A memoir is a time or period in a life and so Jennifer chose to focus on her tour period. This was a significant period in her life when she was about to embark on a divorce and doing a concert tour was a first for her.
It was a bitter sweet period because doing the tour took her back to her first love of dancing and had her doing something she truly enjoyed. It was also a painful period as the guilt of giving her two kids a fatherless home weighted heavily on her mind.
Her expectations are as real as everyone out there. We all want to be loved and to love in return. At the same time we are not prepared to put up with s*** to get it.
I personally find that the book had too many pictures. I don’t need to see so many pics of Jennifer as she is prominently displayed in the papers, on TV, movies, magazines and everywhere else. Half of the book is pictures. Filling up the book with pictures adds to the volume. Otherwise it would have been a pretty thin book. For that reason I minus one star.
I did enjoy reading that book. As an author I learned a bit about formatting and it improved my knowledge about book publishing.
